1. Systematic assessment and management of high-risk pregnancies: Gestational hypertension (preeclampsia/eclampsia), diabetes, placenta previa/abruption, twin/multiple pregnancies, FGR. Uses Doppler, CTG, BPP. 2. Complex C-sections and critical obstetric surgeries: Repeat C-sections, placenta previa/accreta, uterine rupture, severe hemorrhage. B-Lynch suture, pelvic vessel ligation. Preserves fertility. 3. Labor management and dystocia: Physiological/abnormal labor identification. Cephalic dystocia, shoulder dystocia, instrumental delivery (vacuum/forceps). Promotes natural delivery, reduces unnecessary C-sections. 4. Obstetric Rapid Response Team and critical rescue: Umbilical cord prolapse, severe postpartum hemorrhage, eclampsia. ACLS, massive transfusion, CPR. Team simulation and quality improvement.
