Please abide by the management system for inpatients and change into patient gowns. Leaving the hospital without permission is prohibited during hospitalization. If you leave the hospital without authorization, the hospital shall not be liable for any personal accidents (including sudden deterioration of your condition and other accidents). If you fail to return to the hospital within 48 hours after leaving, you will be deemed as voluntary discharge, and all risks and consequences shall be borne by yourself. You are not allowed to seek medical treatment, purchase medicines outside the hospital, or take other treatment measures privately. Do not take self-brought medications without the doctor's consent.

Please provide your health status in detail and truthfully, including your past medical history and diagnosis/treatment process, drug allergy history, and whether you have been to epidemic-stricken areas recently. Please use your real name for medical treatment. If you are insured, please present your medical insurance card. If you fail to use your real name or use another person's insurance card fraudulently, you shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom.

The doctor will determine whether a caregiver is needed based on your condition. Other family members are not allowed to stay overnight or share the patient's bed without permission. Please inform your relatives or friends to consciously abide by the hospital regulations. Please keep the TV volume low. Please turn off the TV and lighting on time at 22:00 (except for special circumstances).

Please keep the ward clean, tidy and quiet. Our hospital is a smoke-free hospital; please do not smoke in the ward. The ward is equipped with a central oxygen supply system, and the use of alcohol stoves, electric stoves and other equipment in the ward is strictly prohibited. The floors in toilets, balconies and pantries are slippery; please watch your step to avoid falls. Please take good care of public property and compensate for any damage at the original price.

Every morning is the centralized ward round and treatment time. Please follow the doctor's advice and cooperate with the treatment. Due to great individual differences in intravenous infusion medications, a small number of people may experience adverse reactions and complications during or after infusion with qualified fluids and drugs, such as chills, high fever, pulmonary edema, heart failure, phlebitis, anaphylactic shock, medication extravasation, and dislodgement of needles or tubes. In case of any of the above situations, please press the bedside call button to call the medical staff, and we will provide assistance in time. In case of emergency in the restroom, please press the emergency call button on the wall.

When special examinations, treatments, surgeries, experimental medical procedures and other activities are required, you or your authorized representative shall sign the consent form. Please consider carefully and sign standardized documents such as the informed consent form earnestly. Once signed, the relevant documents shall have legal effect.

The daily expense statement is for reference only. If you have any questions, please consult the nurse station. Please keep the deposit receipt properly for discharge settlement. Please pay medical fees on time, go through the discharge settlement procedures as instructed, and return for regular follow-up visits at the time guided by doctors and nurses.

The hospital is a public place. Please earnestly fulfill your guardianship responsibilities, take good care of infants and minor patients, and prevent falls from bed. Please keep valuables such as mobile phones and wallets properly to avoid loss.

Fire exits are located in the middle of the ward corridor and at the ends of the left and right corridors. The hot water room is in the middle of the ward. Hot water is available 24 hours a day in the restroom. Please pay attention to the water temperature when using it to avoid scalding.

Every morning and afternoon, cafeteria staff will come to the ward to take your meal orders for the same day and the next day. If you need to order meals temporarily, please call 27548730 or extension 8730. Do not pour food waste into sinks or toilets to avoid clogging the pipes.

In accordance with the Medical Service Price Policy for Non-profit Medical Institutions in Guangdong Province and relevant medical insurance regulations, medical devices and disposable medical consumables that are separately charged may be used during the nursing care, clinical diagnosis and treatment, surgery or interventional therapy you receive during hospitalization. In line with the principles of simplicity, environmental protection and economy, we hereby inform you of this together. We will strictly charge according to the actual quantity of materials you use, in compliance with the price policies of the Price Bureau and medical insurance policies. If high-value consumables, 100% self-pay medical insurance materials and optional material items are needed, the doctor will separately inform you of the price and estimated usage quantity before special treatment items such as interventional therapy and surgical treatment, in combination with relevant medical activities.
